Laws

Korean laws that require a domestic agent

A domestic agent (also called a domestic representative, 국내대리인) is required by six Korean laws. Each law sets its own thresholds, its own duties and its own place where the agent must be published. One designation does not cover the others. Pick a law to see the tests, the agent’s duties and the penalties, with links to the official text.
